Rosanna - Financial/Scheduling Coordinator

I greet each patient with a warm smile, and my goal is to make each appointment as smooth as possible. My main duty is to make all your appointments as special and fun as your first one! Dr. Freeman is awesome! He treats everyone as if they are a member of his family, and he is dedicated to providing outstanding care to his patients.

I've been married for almost 10 years to my amazing husband, Don. I have 15 nieces and nephews and they keep us busy! I love to cook and bake, go to Oakland Raider and San Francisco Giants games. I love being a part of my nieces' and nephews' school and sports activities.

 

 

Jessica - RDA/Clinical Coordinator

Other than assisting with basic duties, I am responsible for ordering what is needed to run our back office. Also, I try to make sure everyone is happy and treated with the best care and comfort. My favorite part of my job is being able to interact with all the patients. I love seeing their great smiles!

My husband's name is James and we've been married for 11 years. We have three great kids, Alexis, Ariana, and Jeremiah. I love spending time with my family and friends. I stay active by riding my bike and going to the gym, and I love reading books that I can't put down.

 

 

Tisha - RDA

I assist Dr. Freeman with bonding and banding of braces, taking impressions and X-rays, and working one-on-one with our patients. I love the fast-paced environment I work in and meeting new patients everyday. I also love to see our patients leave with a smile! Dr. Freeman likes to create a fun environment for his team and his patients. We all like to laugh and have a good time.

I have been married for eight years to my high school sweetheart, and we have three kids, two boys and a girl. We are very close to our family and keep in touch with good friends. They keep me busy but most of all they make me so happy and I love seeing a smile on their face! In the summer we try to spend most of our time at the lake, camping, wakeboarding, and tubing! When I get time for myself I like to play bingo or go to the casino!

 

Alan - RDA

I assist Dr. Freeman with all orthodontic procedures, including placement of braces, taking x-rays, and maintaining patient flow.  I love the environment that Dr. Freeman creates for his patients and team.  We have a blast working with our patients, and they with us.

I have been with my wonderful girlfriend for the past five years.  We met at school one day and never looked back.  We enjoy going out to the movies with our friends and family.   

 

 

 

 

Rachel Freeman - Office Manager

I am delighted to be part of such a wonderful team where we all work together to create an outstanding patient experience.  I am often found doing a number of tasks around the office from greeting patients, paying bills, baking homemade goodies for patients, shopping for supplies, and planing special events. I enjoy meeting new patients and catching up with returning ones.  Being a mother of two and having been an elementary school teacher, I have a special place in my heart for children and caring for their needs. 

Dr. Freeman and I are college sweethearts and have been married for 10 years.  I love watching our boys, Josh 6 and Charlie 3, making new discoveries.  I also enjoy working out on a regular basis, playing mahjongg, cooking, scrap booking and reading. My family is spread all over the U.S. and therefore have grown up loving to travel as well. 

 

Remy - Office Mascot

I am one of Freeman Orthodontics' newest members.  I am a 1 1/2 year old French Bulldog and I'm the official mascot for this fabulous team.  My responsibily in the office is to make you smile.  Look for me in and around the office. I can be seen on smile tokens and t-shirts, and also like to sneak in on the occasional team photo.
